Luxury Belgian milk chocolate infused with natural Valencian orange oil and topped with fruity candy cane nibs. Also known as Chocolate Bark and served in the same way i.e. made in one giant slab then cracked into portion size pieces and packed.

Valencian oranges are renowned as being one of the sweetest and juiciest of all oranges, which is why only natural oil extracts from the Valencia orange go into our silky, molten milk chocolate. Poured over a large surface to cool and generously topped with finely crushed fruit candy cane to add a wonderfully subtle crunchy/chewy texture, this single sheet is then cracked into perfectly sized pieces for snacking or sharing, packed and boxed for your enjoyment.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (98%): 33.6% cocoa solids min, MILK solids 21.8% min, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring . Candy cane (1%): sugar, glucose syrup, water, citric acid, colours: carmine, titanium dioxide, natural strawberry flavouring. Coloured cocoa solids: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavour, natural vanilla, e160e (apocarotenal). Orange extract (1%): rapeseed oil, orange oil.
Hand made and decorated, so will vary slightly in appearance. Allergy advice – May contain traces of nuts, not suitable for milk and soya allergy sufferers.
